This course is 1000 hours in length and will train a cosmetologist or a barber to practice in the field of being a teacher/instructor. The student will be prepared to take their State Board Exam after completion of the course. They will learn techniques in teaching, preparing and implementing lesson plans, using visual aids, monitoring and evaluating students' performance, and course development.
